  • Clear photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect must be provided.

  • Description of the issue

  • Supporting images or video

  • Contact information

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be dispatched to your provided address.

Please note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Replacements will not be provided in the following cases:
